Preparation and usage
How to cook: 1 boil pasta in salted boiling water for 5-7 minutes or till tender rinse under cold running water. Drain. Add tbsp of oit to pasta, mix and set aside. 2 In a bow add marinate for 30 minutes n & spica sachet & mix well to marinate for 30 minutes. 3. The chicken & capsicum, tomato & onion skews on shashlik sticks 4. In a pan heat oil, add shashik sticks & fy for 4 minutes. Turn frequenly and add ketchup, ginger paste & 2 cups of water. Cover & cook for 5 minutes, remove & serve with pasta
